Scope of license

We grant you a non-transferable license to use Cardley on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The app may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Subscriptions

Cardley offers auto-renewable subscriptions via the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple, and you can manage subscriptions in your App Store settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods. The free tier includes limited features; premium unlocks unlimited access.

Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Cardley, as outlined here or required by law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Contact us at support@lumaflashcards.com for assistance.

Warranty

Cardley is provided "as is." We are responsible for any warranties, express or implied, to the extent not disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations, and any further claims or damages related to warranty failures are our responsibility.
